Apply to the Science Camp

The abstract submission for the 2022 edition of the Complex Nanophotonics Science Camp is now open! We invite you to submit an abstract by filling the form below.

The (extended) deadline for abstract submission is April 7, 2022. The received abstracts will then be examined by the Scientific Committee and the decision will be notified to the authors by the end of April.

In case of acceptance, the authors will be invited to register to the event via a private link, sent by email. Basic registration fees are kept at £450. This fee includes full board and accommodation for the whole duration of the Science Camp.

    Accommodation
    In previous editions of the Science camp, all attendees have stayed at Cumberland lodge, with some attendees being allocated shared rooms in order to accommodate everyone. This year, we will adapt to the covid situation as needed, but hope all attendees will be able to stay at Cumberland Lodge. In order to help our planning, it would be useful if you could give a tentative indication of your room sharing preferences. Please choose from the following options (note: this is just for planning purposes and you will be free to change your preferences later):
